Design reasons
Cable breakdown caused by thermal expansion of cables leads to breakdown. When the load of crosslinked cable is high, the wire core temperature rises, the cable is heated and expanded, the cable top is on the stand side of the tunnel, and the peristaltic force of the cable is very large for long time and large load operation, which causes the stand facade to break the outer sheath of the cable and the metal sheath, and squeeze into the cable insulation layer and lead to the cable breakdown.
